*PLEASE NO FOOD VENDORS-We have already established all of our food vendors with the County.
**Must be licensed to sell, have a tax standing with the State of Nevada, and carry liability insurance.
***We have 36 spots. Once they are full, we will be closing registration.
***Registration needs to be completed by October 12,2023.
SET UP

REQUIREMENTS
Tents and booths are to be no larger than 10ftx10ft. Must have weights to hold tent down in the case of inclement weather.
SET UP TIME: Please be at the fairgrounds no later than 4:00PM. We are having early entrance for VIP at 4:30. You will be emailed a number and we will direct you the day of where you need to go.
Please post on social media that you are attending!

Policies
All fees are non transferrable and non refundable, with the exception if the event is cancelled. A $100 fee will be charged per 10x10ft spot.
Please keep employees in or near booths. If they want to purchase a GA ticket for seating, please visit our ticketing website.
Payment must be received in order to save your spot. We will be closing vendor registration October 12, 2023 for planning purposes. No exceptions.
