Wrecked Neck Racing was created and founded by U.S. Army Veteran and mechanic, Tyler Warner. Tyler has been a mechanic for 18 years. He has built and driven demolition derby cars for 8 years. The Wrecked Neck family has a team of drivers, pit crew, friends, family, and lots of community support. Tyler's dream is to see the Wrecked Neck name everywhere and to be able to grow the Mentorship Program statewide. He has won multiple awards in the community including awards from KSL and the 2023 Community Service Award from the Payson Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce.
Tyler's number is 1ID, which is representing the First Infantry Division in the Army. He is a proud veteran and loves serving others. He is working on a PTSD Awareness Campaign for 2024.
Sarisha Martin (Warner) is Tyler's wife, number one cheerleader, and business partner. Sarisha handles the business end of Wrecked Neck Racing, and manages social media and basic videography. She was the mastermind behind the Mentorship Program. On the side, Sarisha enjoys photography as a hobby. She and Tyler have three future derby drivers together. Sarisha has a background in management and truly enjoys how rewarding her role is in the program and the management of the racing team. She is in school to get her bachelor's in Marketing.
Seth Carter, 21, of Payson, Utah, is an automotive enthusiast with a knack for engines. He's known for his expertise in collision repair and automotive knowledge. In 2022, Seth assisted fellow students in building demolition derby cars before joining our team the next year, receiving a custom car from Johnny Tanner of the Tannerites. Seth also works on dirt bikes, trucks, and his derby cars. Additionally, he serves as the lead tech inspector, ensuring safety and standards are met at all of our derbies. Seth has been trained in hundreds of hours of inspections and hopes to bring fairness to our tech inspection experience.
His race number is #1-145FA, representing his brother Trevor who served in the 1-145 Field Artillery.

Seth Lai has been a cornerstone of our program since its inception. Starting in welding classes, Seth's journey led him to become an integral part of our demolition derby program in 2023. After graduating, he pursued his passion for mechanics, enrolling as a diesel mechanic student at UVU, where he's currently pursuing his degree. With a wealth of experience in building over 10 demolition derby cars and flagging at numerous events, Seth has emerged as the equipment manager and flagger for our derby team. His dedication to safety and fairness is unmatched, ensuring that everyone stays safe and the competition remains fair throughout the show, and that our equipment is running smoothly and we'll accounted for.

Josh and Skye have been a part of our program since the beginning, with Josh being a pit crew member for the ALC in 2022. Josh and Skye got married in 2023 and now own their own home. Both have been avid supporters of the team and our Mentorship Program, volunteering their time whenever they are able, while maintaining their GSP puppies at home. Josh and Skye are now head timers, registration, and in charge of maintaining heat lineup and placements!
Bryan joined the military as a mechanic right after highschool in 2008. When he got out, he started working for Pepsi for 9 months, and then moved on to building gun safes at Liberty Safe for 9 years. Bryan recently switched over to construction truck driving for Evans Grader and Paving for the last 2 years. Bryan enjoys 4 wheeling, working on cars, hanging out with friends and family. He is married to Jessica Johnson with 2 kids, Vincent and Audree. Bryan and Tyler served together in Korea and have been best friends ever since.
Blake is the face behind the amazing YouTube videos at our shows. He originally reached out to us in 2022 about throwing a demolition derby in Elko, and we were able to in 2023! Blake just graduated from highschool and drives circle track at the Summit Raceway in Elko. He also spends his time filming different Motorsports events between Nevada and Utah, and has a true talent for capturing thrilling moments perfectly! Wrangler Coombs, of Eureka, UT, has officially joined the Wrecked Neck Racing family! By day, he is on an excavation crew, and by night, he's here lending a hand to the other teammates. Wrangler was originally a part of our program in 2023 and drove the Flo's V8 Grenada at our Crash n' Bash. He went on to drive at Manti and placed! Wrangler is representing his Grandpa Reynolds who served in the 25th Quartermasters in the Army and will be driving his derby truck and wire car. Wrangler is also a part of our safety tech team.
Wrecked Neck Racing would like to extend a big welcome to Justin Smith, aka Nutsack! We met him in Eagle Mountain last year where we first saw him drive mini vans and he took 1st place! Justin has been building and driving for 16 years, and has had multiple placement awards and mad dog awards. His first car he ever built was a 1964 Buick Skylark wagon in Heber 2008. His favorite car to run is station wagons, but he has built and drove and won in stock cars and vans. When he’s not derbying, Justin likes horse riding, hunting, working on cars, and restoring old cars. He’s a garbage truck driver by trade, and has a beautiful wife named Sidney who cheers him along every step of the way. His daughter, Emmersyn, is almost 1! Welcome to the Wrecked Neck fam!
Colter Johnson is a Graduate of Provo High School. As a Senior, he participated in building and driving a derby car in Wrecked Neck Racing's Mentorship Program. Colter works full time as an exhaust technician building and repairing exhaust systems in Orem. When he is not working on exhaust, he can be found working on various mechanical and welding projects.
